    I note you have AVG.
AVG can be a contributing cause of BSOD'S .
Please remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST

Download tools and utilities | AVG Worldwide[/B]

Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

    * Did you run a FULL SYSTEM scan with Malwarebytes?

Also Please remove dtsoftbuso1.sys from dtsoftware. (Daemon tools) as it is a known cause of BSODS

As for deamon tools never had a problem before but will do it right now if a can manage not to Bsod again and also try the other program you suggest and reply instantly.

    daemon tools unistalled.
malwarebytes full system scan completed without any problems or errors or anything.
20 mins without bsod...i hope in some way the deamon tools made this mess even though i use it for more than 4 years without any problems..maybe it doesnt work that good when disks are at ahci mode...dont know for sure..will keep you updated either way...hope the good weather will bring harmony to my pc again..
if you believe or see something in the reports that i should do please tell.
    thanx for the quick reply.

BSODS are a combination of things perhaps daemon and something else (new) is the cause, we will have to wait and see.

well after unistalling deamon tools everything went better.
i even unistalled (full unistall with driver sweeper) ati drivers because i read that 12.2 are very unstable with many people and installed only the display driver for now and not the whole ccc.

well after a whole day i can say that the system goes better after unistalling deamon tools but still BSOD ing in idle mode..
i'm starting to suspect the SSD now...when i get a bsod and i restart via the reset button the intel p55 bios freezes trying to find the ssd and i can power back up only if a close the pc from the power button..
so i'm gonna rma the ssd and put win in an other drive and see what happens.
