A critical process in win 7 crashed too soon for the DMP files to have data. Please run a system file check

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

The log points to faulty hardware. That would jibe with the results here. Have you changed or added anything (ram?) lately?

    I changed my ram a
Month ago..it worked for a good two weeks without any problem.
Then i bought the ssd and changed
My case..it all started from then.
Starting today i will do all possible hardware combination.
First one ram and the ssd.
Then 2 rams and the ssd.
    Etc.
Will keep u posted all the way until a figure it out.
My best guess is that either the ram modules in some way sometimes cause the problem (a change i slots might resolve this) eventhough memtesr showed nothing and even with running prime for an hour nothing happened.
Second guess the sandforce controller of the ocz sometimes crashes randomly cause without touching anything the pc worked for a good 8 hours and then after 4 hours closed it started to bsod again.
So im gonna test every possible combination of ram, ssd, other disks since i have a second working pc.
Thanks again for all the help

    test number one.
tested all memslots with 1 stick ram.
it appears the pc wont start if a put a dimm in the blue slots!but if i put 2 dimms in one white and one blue slot it opens!!!
nevertheless i left it for now with 8G ram at the white slots to begin my tests...

    Update 1:
After two days i kept getting bsod.at some point there was a problem with the video driver so i formated a simple 320g sata disk to have win to test without the ssd (previous win install was corrupted after many proframs trying to fix drivers and registry).
Now another problem.i cant install win on the ssd when i have him in the intel controller and set to ahci.
The win setup recognises the ssd but wont let me install win even when i liad the intel sata driver.the win setup says that i cant install win because this disk cant be bootable or my mb controller cant boot with this disk(something like that).
Last time i installed in ide amd then registry hack msahci.sys but no i want to install in ahci mode from the begining..any thoughts?
I will continue testing the pc with the 320g disk.
