    BSOD playing ME3/MW3

    Greetings all
I'm having an issue with my PC when playing games. The computer will lock up for a minute or so before continuing and everything is normally. This usually happens a few times, sometimes the sound gets out of sync or dialogue will be missing before the system stalls and blue screens on me. I've swapped the hard drive since I was hearing a very audible clicking sound and re-installed windows but I have had no luck.

    Windows 7 Pro x64
The OS was bought directly from Microsoft.
The computer is roughly a year and a half old and I built it myself. The only parts I've swapped out is the hard drive and I took the stock fan out for a liquid intercooler thing. The OS is a fresh install with drivers updated from Asus and Nvidia directly.

I hope I submitted everything right.

    Two issues

    1-Asacpi.sys

The pre 2009 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.
Please visit this link: Asus tek computer inc. -support- drivers and download p7p55d le

ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download P7P55D LE
ASUSTeK Computer Inc. - Motherboards- ASUS P5K-VM

Scroll down to the utilities category, then scroll down to the "atk0110 driver for windowsxp/vista/windows 7 32&64-bit" (it's about the 12th item down).

    Download and install it.

Go to c:\windows\system32\drivers to check and make sure that the asacpi.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (not before).

    2-Kaspersky

Kaspersky is a frequent cause of BSOD's. I would remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST.

    * Did you run a FULL SYSTEM scan with Malwarebytes?

I updated Asacpi.sys, removed Kaspersky and installed MSE but the problem persists.

I actually just played for a good hour and while the game stalled every minute or so and the audio was horribly out of synch...it didn't BSOD which normally happens after the first or second stall.

Both of your uploads contain one DMP from the 17th and it is the one I read yesterday. Please upload the new ones.

Thanks, figured out my problem. My hard drive was bad, then the one I replaced it with was also bad. I slapped in a brand new one and everything works.
