    Random Blue Screen and Restart


    I was using my laptop when all of a sudden the blue screen appeared and restarted automatically. and also additional info. my laptop's battery is broken for several years no so i used the adapter for power so i think that might have cause some problems with the way i used my laptop. i uploaded the files that might be helpful

    1. Avast can be a contributing cause of BSOD'S .
    Please remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST.

    2. I also suggest you run the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) and then update to SP-1

    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

My laptop was annoying me in these days. Causing blue screen and restart many times. i did re-installed my OS and software but still the same. I attached my BSOD file and system health report. Here is my system information. Thank you so much.
