System User Deleted-cant do anything with windows-emergency!pls help

Hey guys, I have a serious problem over here,

I have right Clicked on my local disk, clicked on properties, went to the security tab, and edited the system's permissions ( I really shuldn't do it, this caused the prob.).

I have denied all system's permissions and clicked ok. then ehwn i tried to give all the permissions back i couldnt because windows are running.

So I was messing up with it to find a solution with it and accidentally deleted the system user.

Now I cant delet folders, cant move them cant do anything with windows!!!
Pleas ehelp me, and pls is there anything else to do except system restore? i just did one and then made another prob , i know its my fault but whats the fix? pls help, thnnx

I will appreaciate any helpful answers, thank you i will be waiting.

What happens presently when you try to load Windows? Can you give a very detailed description of how it behaves. This is a new one on me, but maybe someone else knows what to do if the main user is deleted?

System restore probably will not fix this issue since it by design does not touch user files... It may restore the user itself, but none of the files, only settings...

Suggestion: Built-in Administrator - Enable from WinRE

I would still try a System Restore and then retrieve the user folders from the restore point with Shadow Explorer
