BSoD

Sadly I removed one stick of ram to see if it might let me and it's letting me get this stuff done so I'll report soon

What files from this zip am I saving to the cd to boot with?

what exactly are you having problems with?

have you downloaded the iso?

Lol to be honest the file I was looking for was sitting in front of my face I was just not seeing it

Now should I have both my 4 gig sticks in or 1 at a time when I do the test

Well it seemed when I put both in my screen was flooded with red so I tried 1 stick and it keeps resetting itself

It won't even go through the whole process anymore since I put 1 stick in instead of both

Mem test don't seem to wanna co operate with my pc it was working fine with both sticks in but went red now it won't do it more than 3 seconds and resets or freezes

Try the required 6-8 passes with both sticks in the proper slots. What happens then?
