    Like I said it stops after 3 seconds and resets I know that's not nearly enough time to check it all because the pass bar Dosent even move

    Right, then you options are limited. IF you cant boot in any manner there isnt much we can do

    No I can get it to run fine with one stick in but I dono how long but with both sticks in it goes red fast with 349 errors but I can't get it to scan just 1 stick

    My computer runs ok with 1 stick in it ATM by I dono how long for I just can't get me test to scan 1 stick

    Only thing I can think to do is run the ram in the other two slots but when I got the motherboard it said use these two first then the other two

    As I said I can't run memtest with just one stick it freezes or restarts every 3 seconds

    Any errors are too may. It is looking like ram or mobo slots.

    Do what ever you have to, to be able to boot normally.
