Looks like that fan/heat sink is known to have some problems, and other people were having the same results as you with their processor running a bit on the warm/hot side. If you still have any overheating over time, you may consider replacing the cooling system with something more effective. If the time comes, our experts in the Hardware & Devices - Windows 7 Forums forum should be able to help you find a better heat sink and fan for that processor/motherboard if you supply that information.
