BSOD while watching videos, or talking on Skype

    Hello,

I seem to be getting a BSOD every once in a while. I don't understand why it happens. It seems to happen occasionally while I am doing various things on the computer. I might be watching a video, or maybe just talking on Skype.

I attached the files asked for, and included a picture of the BSOD. However, it's very low resolution (my apologies).

Edit: This computer was recently reformatted (a couple weeks ago). It appears to have been the cause, since before the reformat I never experienced this. Also, it's Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

Hello, your dumps are pointing to the culprit L1C62x64.sys, which is the Atheros NIC driver. Update it here.

First follow ePeen's advice, in addition these drivers need updating.

    Code:
    mcdbus.sys 2/24/2009 6:34:07 AM fffff880`01042000 fffff880`0107e880 0x0003c880 0x49a3cd1f
    KCRTX64.SYS 3/19/2009 10:24:30 PM fffff880`097ce000 fffff880`097f4000 0x00026000 0x49c2fe5e
    L1C62x64.sys 4/1/2009 1:09:17 AM fffff880`09625000 fffff880`09637000 0x00012000 0x49d2f6fd

    ATK64AMD.sys 5/12/2009 9:04:54 PM fffff880`043f4000 fffff880`043fc000 0x00008000 0x4a0a1cb6
    ASMMAP64.sys 7/2/2009 5:13:26 AM fffff880`02b5c000 fffff880`02b64000 0x00008000 0x4a4c7a36
    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads
