Not all PC components play well with other PC components. It's not at all unusual that one webcam won't work on your PC, but works fine on another. This is also a common problem with Creative Labs. Don't sweat it, it happens.

I have a creative sound card in my win7 pc at home. It was fun to get the drivers working for that. I didn't know about this forum until I had the webcam problem so something good came out of it.
