I would recommend starting a separate thread in the System Security - Windows 7 Forums forum for the RapportBuka problem. We will proceed with the crash analysis after that has been removed as that should be first priority. If you do not get a response in your thread there within 24 hours, let me know, and I will try to get one of our security experts to take a look. :)

We work on here as volunteers, so don't expect an immediate response. Sometimes it takes up to a day to get an answer to concerns on these forums. It depends on who has time available to help. Best of luck!

It may be what is causing the crashes. I am not a security expert, though, so I cannot help too much with removing malware. I would be more comfortable if you start a thread in the security forum and then post back here when the malware is removed. If you continue to have crashes after the malware removal, I will be happy to help resolve them.

I think at this time, it is more important to get the malware removed first since it is compromising your security and leaves you personally vulnerable. That is why I gave it higher priority than debugging the crash reports.

Are you running any Trusteer Ltd software for online protection logging into accounts such as your bank account?

yes i am, this is what i thought it could be, but i just dont know, have run makware and mse and it has picked up nothing, maybe just try hitting the start button and see what happens

i have removed trusteer but the RapportBuka has not gone from device manager, it still has a yellow error message

Can you right click the RapportBuka device and click Uninstall? If you do, does it give the option to delete the driver software for the device? Put a tick in the box for that option if it does. Then hit OK and try to uninstall it.

If the above does not work: Hardware devices are not working or are not detected in Windows is a good fix it tool for these issues.

no you cannot uninstall it or update driver it just says under non plug & play drivers

    click on general it says

device type - non plug and play drivers
    manufacturer - unknown
    location - unknown
device status - This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed. (Code 24)

    click on drivers tab
current status is at stop and all i could click on is start, and that is it
