    Well, My system crashed again.

It seemed my system was running a little smoother/faster after the DirectX install. But still didn't seem to fix the issue.

    I'll attach the newest dmp

This dump tells us it's a hardware error so you will need to run the following stress tests.

Test your RAM using Memtest86+. Let it run until 6-8 passes have completed or errors have been found.
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Test your hardware using Prime95. Watch your machine's temps and stop the test if it starts to overheat. Let it run for up to 2 hours or until errors have been found.

Test your video card using Furmark. Watch your machine's temps and stop the test if it starts to overheat or artifacts appear on the screen.

Ok, Was hoping it was not a hardware issue.

But, I'll do the tests tomorrow and report back the results.

Ok, I did the Memtest and left it on over night, did 11 passes and no errors.

However am going to have to wait till I have a bit more time for the next two (need to get some work done). Hopefully tomorrow I should be able to run the tests.
