Hi and welcome to SF :)

    Update your eset\nod32.

Download and install the new version of
    Driver Sweeper.

Download the most recent software\driver for your
    AMD Graphics Drivers & Software

Uninstall amd software\driver,restart in safe mode, run driver sweeper, choose only AMD-Display and clean, restart in normal mode.

    Install the new amd software\driver,restart.

    Update
    DirectX.

Read carefully the instructions and run
NVIDIA/AMD Video Card - Test with OCCT post here the results.
    During the test\stress
monitor your GPU temperatures. If you see artifacts, or the temperature of your GPU exceeds 80C, stop the test.

    Run
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+
Let it run until at least 9 passes are completed, or errors are found (whichever comes first). The longer you run it, the better.

    I did all the things.

    1. I had to stop the OCCT tett, becasue the temperature rose to 85c.
    2. MEMTEST didn't work on ATi Platform, which bundled on OCCT.
    3. Then I ran MEMTEST x64 ( the other one) But it only told me to select USB flash drive and i did. Then it creates something and told me to close. After then nothing happened, no test noting.

I am so much confused, i dunno wether it solved my problem or not.

    Hello,

Do you have another video card you can try? Both dumps you uploaded pointed to a video card problem, or a problem with its drivers. Check to make sure the fan isn't plugged with dust and is cooling properly.

That is another graphics issue...see this article: STOP 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR troubleshooting

In addition to the possibility of the graphics card itself being faulty, the PSU is also a suspect. If you can try out a higher-powered PSU, that'd be great. Also, make sure the card is cooling properly.
