Randomly occuring 7f BSoDs
These have happened on and off for about a month now, but have gotten more and more recent the past week. I just had 2 happen in the spam of about 20 minutes.
My logs are attached.

Asacpi.sys
The pre 2009 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.

Scroll down to the utilities category, then scroll down to the "atk0110 driver for windowsxp/vista/windows 7 32&64-bit" (it's about the 12th item down).
Download and install it.
Go to c:\windows\system32\drivers to check and make sure that the asacpi.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (not before).
They had no idea what i was even talking about and referred me to Microsoft. Sigh.
Heres the download page for my motherboard, the file you mentioned isnt there. I'm not sure if any of the other utilities would include it.

I have have exclamation marks next to my Marvell 91xx Config ATA Device and USB Controller as well, it says the device drivers arent installed although i installed them with the mobo disk. Could that be causing BSoDs too?
When i finally got the person on ASUS to see where that .sys file was in any of the packages for my motherboard he said they dont have it.
So i guess i will download the p7p55d file and hope it works?
Thats Asus for you. I know less about your board than you do so I suspect you just need to go with the file you think is correct. Make a back up just in case.
I dont see any reference to the Marvel controller in the logs but it has been know to be problematic. Try re-installing the driver.
