Random BSOD ntoskrnl.exe with varying extensions.

Hey, So after my 4th BSOD today and Google not providing me an clear answer, I decided to come here. BlueScreenViewer is telling me that I all of them have been ntoskrnl.exe related with the last 2 being "ntoskrnl.exe+7cd40" and "ntoskrnl.exe+7cd10". I am not doing anything specific during the crashes.

I have also noticed something a little strange the past few days, the performance monitor on my desktop says that I'm constantly using 30% of 8GB's of ram, with only a few minor programs open. Perhaps someone can find why that is happening in the attached Performance Monitor Report.

    -x64
    -OEM
-Asus mobo, i5, PSU, 8GB Ram, are all 3 months old when I did a fresh Win7 install.

Any help in solving this would be very much appreciated, its hard to to work and play games when you keep BSOD :)

Test your RAM using Memtest86+. Let it run until 6-8 passes have completed or errors have been found.
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Enable Driver Verifier. Enabling this should hopefully crash your system and then point to the faulty driver that is causing problems. However before you do, it is advised that you create a system restore point and backup first.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Make sure all Windows updates are installed including the latest Service Pack.

Funny you should post this, I have a client who is having this problem all of a sudden this morning, following a windows update. I'm also seeing conflicts with DLLs that seem to belong to their Eset Nod32 A/V.
