Okay I did Driver Verifier for more then 24/7 nothing came up.

So I stopped it, and just a couple of hours ago I had another BSOD. THis one is a Memory_management.. I've attached the mini dump files again.

I don't know what's causing this.. maybe a driver is outdated?

Run an sfc/scannow command in an elevated command prompt. If errors are found, run it twice more with each scan followed by a reboot.
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

I couldn't find any outdated drivers in your dump file. You should however update any drivers you can think of including graphics, audio, chipset etc.

Update to the latest service pack.

I did sfc/ scannow, but when it's successful it's weird.

It says it's at 86% and successful. Isin't it suppose to be at 100 percent?

Also I always try updating my windows to service pack 1 but it will never work (error), I don't have the orig cd, because I bought this PC prebuilt with Windows Ultimate 64, no disk included it was just installed on the machine.

Take a look at the following tutorial and see if it helps you out. I'm pretty sure you should be able to update to SP1 using a .iso file.
Slipstream Windows 7 SP1 into a Installation DVD or ISO File

Ok I did Driver Verifier again, I checked all the drivers except the Microsoft ones, everything was fine for a couple of hours, I played a few video games and they run fine all of a sudden while playing there was another bsod. Hopefully this one will shed some line, I have attached the dump files.

WIth driver verifier on should the dump files be able to tell more?

Ok everything ran fine again for a day, and all of a sudden another BSOD... This time without Driver Verifier on. It didn't attach a dump file for some reason this time, but It was the same crash Bad_pool_header. I have checked my program download history and deleted almost everything that I downloaded at the start of the crashes. I am stumped.
