My system came with Vista 64 bit installed on it. A little more than a year later I installed Windows 7. Now, I want to upgrade my video card drivers but I want to know which I should pick. Should I install vista 64 drivers for my card even if I am using Windows 7?

Can someone legally move from a version of Windows XP or Vista to a different version of Windows 7. For example could I legally move from Windows XP Home to Windows 7 Professional. Does Microsoft require that I have XP Pro or Vista Pro to move to Win 7 Pro?
