I em using Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 So it has its Firewall included in it and i also have Anti Malware bytes Pro
Have you tried disabling the Kaspersky firewall and seeing if the problems persists?
Also, since it is pointing to a Runtime error, it may be that you are missing a Visual C++ Redistributable or one is corrupted:
downloaded all the 64 Bit Versions of all of them I didn't have the 2005 1 but it still didn't work but i installed/Repaired the rest

You did not mention whether disabling the Kaspersky firewall worked. I saw in the other thread that it was recommended for you to uninstall Kaspersky and install MSE as a testing measure, so after you do that step, let us know if you still get the Runtime termination issue.
As to the Redistributables: Your Redistributables could be corrupted, so you should try uninstalling them completely through Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Uninstall a program first. Then install them using the links provided in my previous post.
i only need to install the 64 bit versions right? not both 32 and 64
also I took a pix of my Program files and noticed I have several versions of 1 and i have the 64 and 32 bit as swell
I posted both versions because you need both. The 64 bit version works with the programs that install into Program Files. The x86 version works with the programs installed in Program Files (x86). This includes browsers, as well. Internet Explorer, for instance, has a version in Program Files and in Program Files (x86).
ok so i edited my last post , but should i un install all 32 bit and 64 bit C+ then reinstall them all staring with 32 bit first then move on the the 64 bit
Start by uninstalling all six versions (2005, 2008, 2010, x86 and 64 each). Then install the 2005 versions (both x86 and 64). Install their updates through Windows Update. Make sure no updates remain for the programs before proceeding. Then install the 2008 versions (both x86 and 64). Install their updates through Windows Update. Make sure no updates remain for the programs before proceeding. Then install the 2010 versions (both x86 and 64). Install their updates through Windows Update.
