BSOD - random occurance - 0x000000F4, atapi.sys, ntfs.sys
Hello, i've got random BSOD occuring ever since i changed my video card from an ASUS EN9600GT to a GTX550Ti
Intel Core i5 760 @ 2.81ghz
ASUS P7H55M/CSM
4(2x2)GB Kingston DDR3-1333
Seagate Barracuda SATAII 160GB 7200RPM
Thermaltake Toughpower 750W
ASUS GTX550Ti 1GB
LG 16x supermulti DVD Writer
ASUS WL-138G v2 wireless network card
Zowie Hammer USB Soundcard
Windows 7 Home Premium x64 retail has ran on this machine since october 2010
The first occasions, the BSODs displayed ntfs.sys once, and atapi.sys twice. Other occurances displayed a panoply of STOP: 0x000000F4 codes, all with different arguments. I noted two of them.
"0x000000F4 (0x0000000000000003, 0xFFFFFA8005741B30, 0xFFFFFA8005741E10, 0xFFFFF800037DB5F0)"
"0x000000F4 (0x0000000000000003, 0xFFFFFA80053BD060, 0xFFFFFA80053BD340, 0xFFFFF800037935F0)"
my minidump is empty, Windows doesn't write before pooping itself. It's quite frustrating.
I know atapi is the IDE controller, so i took the liberty of testing out if the dvd burner would work, and it doesn't. It crashes midway through burning.
I ran Windows_NT6_BSOD_v3.03_jcgriff2_.exe and i attached the .rar with everything in it.
I also attached a .txt with an atapi.sys error report i found.
Halp?

EDIT: important to mention, i also ran SFC /scannow and chkdsk /f, and ran the HDD diagnostic on UBCD.
