Test your RAM using Memtest86+. Let it run until 6-8 passes have completed or errors have been found.
RAM - Test with Memtest86+
You have Kaspersky installed, is that correct? At least to test, uninstall it and install MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials) instead.
Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows
You will need to remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver that was found in your dump called sptd.sys which is notorious for causing BSOD's.Use the below SPTD uninstaller to uninstall the driver...
DuplexSecure - Downloads
...and then install the freeware, MagicDisk (MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM).
Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) Overview
The following drivers need to be updated:
These drivers can be found by searching them in Google and then finding the associated software or driver. Finally, find the latest version of this driver or software and download and install it. Some of the drivers may also be found here (if the driver says 'Windows Update' simply make sure all Windows Updates are installed).Code:bcmwl6.sys Wed Jul 08 10:44:47 2009
You should also update any other drivers you can think of including graphics, audio, chipset etc.
Make sure all Windows updates are installed.
First of all thanks for your kind patience and reply,,,and i go through step by step as you have mentioned.
No error found up to step 8/ 100%

Forgive my ignorance, but its a bluetooth drive..!
Once i have tried to update my sound and touchpad driver using some software (which indicating me about the driver were old/not updated for long time) but unfortunately the corresponding system stop working. since i never tried with bios or chipset one.
what should i do...?
Thanks anyway.
bcmw16.sys would be your wireless network driver.
You should also fill out the rest of your system specs.
System Info - See Your System Specs
Just to provide some additional help system specs wise: This is a Dell Inspiron 1440, correct?
If it is, you should be able to find most of the drivers you need on the Dell website. Some brands of computers require separate drivers to the ones provided by the graphics, motherboard, chipset etc. maker.
As I said earlier, you may want to go through the Dell website and find the drivers associated to your specific model.
