ok heres are the dump files i manage to get MEMORY.zip Minidump.zip

These were virtually all related to a critical process termination. There are some processes in windows that when they fail windows can no longer function

Usually caused by a driver please run driver verifier as JMH suggests, and update these old drivers.

    Drivers

    Code:
    wacommousefilter.sys 2/16/2007 2:12:17 PM
    Neo_0011.sys 5/2/2008 12:58:09 AM
    sensorsview32_64.sys 7/26/2008 9:29:37 AM
    Sahdad64.sys 10/27/2008 11:56:11 PM
    Saibad64.sys 10/27/2008 11:56:15 PM
    SaibVdAd64.sys 10/27/2008 11:56:20 PM
    mcdbus.sys 2/24/2009 6:34:07 AM
    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

Often the quickest & most successful way of getting your computer up & running again is via a Clean Install.
Well done on choosing this step.
    Good luck & safe surfing...
