cpuz136_x64.sys is a driver from CPUID CPU-Z. As it is being shown as a possible cause, you uninstall CPU-z, at least as a test. A lot of hal.dll errors are found in the stack. It is Windows Hardware Abstraction Layer. In such a situation it is better to do some hardware tests to check if they are performing properly or not.
Test your RAM modules for possible errors.

Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.
Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.

Stress test the CPU.
Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95
You have a lot of startup entries. Not a single program is needed to be auto started with windows, but the startup programs may often cause conflicts. Free up the startup. You can call a program anytime from Start > All programs.
- Click on the Start button
- Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
- Select the “Startup” tab.
- Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
- Apply > OK
- Accept then restart.

In windows 7, such a program never doesa good job, but they may mess up the registries etc, and can cause a damage beyond repair. Better you uninstall it.Code:Start Menu\Programs\Glary Utilities
