    Laptop freezes when I use skype and when I close the lid.


    My processor makes a "laggy" noise when it freezes and control alt delete does not work when it is in this state .

    How old is your laptop? Can you provide information about the type of laptop, the model, the manufacturer, etc.? System Info - See Your System Specs may help in this process.

    belle007, please start your own thread to prevent confusion. Also, you may want to provide us with what the problem is and what type of computer it is (laptop/dekstop, model, manufacturer, etc.).

    Right now, all I know is that you have a computer and you need help... There are thousands of other people on these forums who have computers and need help, and there are thousands of different reasons why they need help, and they each have thousands of different computers with millions of different hardware/software configurations (maybe more, but I do not feel like teaching probability and random number theory today).
