BSOD when gaming and rendering in Sony Vegas Pro 11

Hey there, I've been seeking for help for weeks and I finally made an account to get some here.

Recently, I have been experiencing lots of BSOD when I am playing games like Driver San Francisco and Counter Strike Condition Zero and Rendering some of my videos in Vegas Pro 11. Please help. But these runs smooth and perfectly in my laptop.

    System BASE Specs:

    Asrock N68c-UCC (NVIDIA GeForce 7025/nForce 630a Chipset)
    AMD Athlon x2 Dual Core
    NVIDIA GT9400 512mb GPU
    1.5gb of RAM
    320gb Hard Drive

I also attached the dump files.

Hope you can help me. Thanks!

Avast can be a contributing cause of BSOD'S . Please remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST
