May just be a waiting game at this point for when you can afford a new motherboard. I do not know what else to suggest at this time...
I got a new one already, it's installed and it cleared up the random blue screens while doing anything and is now limited to playing games. What I have now is Newegg.com - ASRock 970 EXTREME3 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard and before it was Newegg.com - Open Box: ASUS M4A87TD/USB3 AM3 AMD 870 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard perhaps it's my ram timing? neither board says it supports 666mhz (i think this is what I had it's kinda late so I might not be remembering correctly) (however this seems far-fetched to me because for almost a year I had no blue screens but yeah I am FAR from a computer expert so that could have been it.)
Download and install CPU-Z and Upload screenshots of the CPU, Mainboard, Memory, and SPD tabs. In the SPD tab, upload an image of each slot.
Also, go into your BIOS and post all Voltages (CPU, RAM, NB, IMC, etc.) and all RAM settings (timings, frequency, etc.)

Also, can you please fill in your system specs in your profile and not in a post in this thread? It is time consuming to have to go through this whole thread to find information about your system. System Info - See Your System Specs will help with filling in your system specs.
For voltages they were all on auto, I haven't messed with the voltages but i'll put the min/max for those that say it.
CPU Load-Line Calibration: Auto1
NB Voltage: Auto. Min=1.110V. Max=1.400V
HT Voltage: Auto. Min=1.210 V. Max= 1.400V
CPU VDDA: Auto. Min=2.56v. Max=2.70V
PCIE VDDA Voltage: Min=1.81V Max=1.92V
After a bit of looking I found the "VDD" and JDEC_1,JEDEC_2 and JEDEC_3 are at 1.50V. There is a area but JEDEC_4 but it is empty. This is the same for all DRAM Slots. I'll post pictures when I get back on my picture in a few minutes.

Manually set the first four timings to 9-9-9-25, and if you can, manually set the frequency to 666 MHz. Bump the NB voltage to 1.2 V and see if the system is more stable.
Okay I got the timings, for frequency the closest I could get was 800 should I put it on that or leave it on auto? And for NB Voltage I couldn't get 1.2V but instead, 1.195V or 1.210V (there were higher and lower but these two are the closest).
AMD processor memory controllers have issues with 800 MHz and higher frequencies, so Auto would be best. 1.21 V for the NB Voltage.
So I haven't gotten the chance to test it for very long yet, however during the little time I have gotten to I've only been getting lockups in Diablo 3 (They are caused by my internet, not my computer though)
