Okay, I uninstalled Steam and Skype, I used Microsoft's Fix it program for the Event ID 10 thing and I don't know how to check in the event viewer logs if any of the services have dependency issues... since then, my computer has blue screened twice and now it just stopped responding (except for the mouse and firefox would work except another program's window overlapped it and would not minimize) then my computer's screen went black and would not respond. My computer also just went mostly unresponsive for about 2-5 minutes... I think I'm just making things worse.

Don't see how it would make things worse to find problems and correct them... I checked in Event Viewer for you and included the code for the event viewer error that had the service that was complaining. The Computer Browser service is the one you need to check the dependencies for. Make sure the Server and Workstation services are starting. The Security Accounts Manager, Remote Procedure Call, Network Store Interface Service, DCOM Server Process Launcher, and RPC Endpoint Mapper services also need to start.

I also recommend following the https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html to provide us with your latest crash reports.
