BSOD frequently, error 0x0000001E

I have an HP Pavilion p6210y:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
AMD Athlon II X4 620 Processor
6.0GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450

For the past few months, I have been BSOD-ing more and more frequently. Nowadays it just happens CONSTANTLY. Sometimes I'll boot up my PC and leave the room, when I come back it has already restarted. I have reinstalled windows by what I think you call System Recovery, and the problem still persists. Everything is OEM except for the video card and power supply (which I upgraded to handle the video card). I did this about a year ago and the computer is about 3 years old. Even before the upgrade, I experienced the blue screen here and there. I have tried using Eusing (no pun intended) and CCleaner registry cleaners, but to no avail. And one last thing, which is the reason I ended up signing up with the forums here... I just got a separate error code, described as Reference By Pointer. I have attached the dump files. I hope someone may be of help!

thanks for your reply. I don't believe I have a Atheros Wireless device. I use a Belkin network adapter. I opened up device manager and updated driver software that way and my comp told me it was up to date. Am I missing something?

So I installed the current driver for this adapter. I want to note that belkin had two categories for my model and version; one labeled F5D7050 Wireless G USB Network Adapter - Drivers (which I installed), and the other labeled F5D7050 Wireless G USB Adapter - Driver Only Packages (which I did not install due to it not being compatible with Windows 7).
Should I just return to this thread if there continue to be problems? Or is there anything else you would like me to do? THanks

Damn, I was downloading a game on Steam to test my PC after installing the driver as it seemed to blue screen when doing so before - and I blue screened... this time the error read as this:

Ok, so I removed AVG and installed MSE. AVG did not want to completely uninstall on its own, so I downloaded AVG's removal tool from their website and it seems to have worked. Also, I updated my network driver (I presume it's the one under Driver-Network "NVIDIA nForce Networking Controller Driver Update", just clarifying this since I wasn't aware NVIDIA had anything to do with networking.) Hope this helps, let me know if you would like any more info. I'll of course post any other problems I might have.
