no, memtest86, wmdt, and stress test said i have no problems. could it be the hardware? send the computer back, i have a warranty

Yes there is a better likelihood of it being hardware than software based on the bugcheck 0x124 crash. That does not mean that it cannot be software, just that it is less likely. I'd say 70-80% of these cases end up being hardware related.
