    Asacpi.sys

The pre 2009 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.
    Yours is 2005.
Please visit this link: Asus tek computer inc. -support- drivers and download p7p55d le

ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download P7P55D LE
ASUSTeK Computer Inc. - Motherboards- ASUS P5K-VM

Scroll down to the utilities category, then scroll down to the "atk0110 driver for windowsxp/vista/windows 7 32&64-bit" (it's about the 12th item down).

    Download and install it.

Go to c:\windows\system32\drivers to check and make sure that the asacpi.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (not before).

Most of your crashes relate to hardware, but the two software items JMH and I are suggesting you remove may in fact be the cause. Please remove both to test and if necessary we can persue hardware.

Please remove any CD visualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%.

They use a driver, found in your dmp, called sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs.

Use this SPTD uninstaller DuplexSecure - Downloads DuplexSecure - FAQ

when you're done you can use this Freeware:

MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM (MagicDisc) in its place

Using MagicISO to create ISO image files

    (dtsoftbos01.sys)

hi, i have uninstall deamon tools but there when i download the SPTD uninstaller, only install option is available.
I'm guessing i have already uninstalled it?

I have also followed JMH advice and installed the asacpi.sys. now it is dated May ‎13, ‎2009 according to the digital signature info. guess now it is the time to try to crash the system?

This is the problem and if you cant remove it simply rename it to dtsoftbus01.bak

Good job on asacpi.sys. Look luck on the BSOD's and if they continue please upload the DMPS.
