There are some really weird numbers being produced. Your motherboard may not be supported by HwInfo, or it may very well be the motherboard itself that is the problem all along (wouldn't doubt it). Can you also do the same logs with HwMonitor to see if it's a software compatibility issue?

Hmm, HwMonitor didn't want to display the voltages for the rails, and I looked up and found nothing about the Nuvoton NCT6776 hardware monitor in HwInfo for your motherboard, other than bugfixes for it that was from April of last year.

What you can do with HwMonitor is make a screenshot if it running just so I can have a look at it.

In addition, you may wanna start that Prime95 and have it run overnight.

You should run Prime95 on Torture Test with Large FFTs and leave it run for about 9+ hours (or just overnight). Make sure no other programs are running at the time. When you get back and see that the system has BSODed, provide us the minidump. If the system didn't BSOD but you see that Prime95 stopped because it detected an error in its test, then we can be sure it's a hardware failure. Prime95 will run infinitely until you manually stop it or it stops because of a failure.
