Random Application Error - Event 1000

    Hi All,

I have been having an issue with Windows 7 and a program called 'Jetcam' These errors appear to occur randomly and can happen 15 to 20 times in one day, others days it's fine. Here is some text from event viewer:

Faulting application name: JETCAMII.EXE, version: 16.23.2.0, time stamp: 0x4f71e668
Faulting module name: unknown, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x00000000
    Exception code: 0xc000001d
    Fault offset: 0x0fa8fcb1
    Faulting process id: 0xe6c
    Faulting application start time: 0x01cd0de674c6b696
    Faulting application path: C:\WINJC\JETCAMII.EXE
    Faulting module path: unknown
    Report Id: 46620e8d-79f8-11e1-8948-1c6f659ff346

Event viewer will occasionally show the message above as well as the one below:

Windows cannot access the file for one of the following reasons: there is a problem with the network connection, the disk that the file is stored on, or the storage drivers installed on this computer; or the disk is missing. Windows closed the program JETCAM Expert for Windows - CAD/CAM Software because of this error.

Program: JETCAM Expert for Windows - CAD/CAM Software
    File:

The error value is listed in the Additional Data section.
    User Action
    1. Open the file again. This situation might be a temporary problem that corrects itself when the program runs again.
    2. If the file still cannot be accessed and
    - It is on the network, your network administrator should verify that there is not a problem with the network and that the server can be contacted.
    - It is on a removable disk, for example, a floppy disk or CD-ROM, verify that the disk is fully inserted into the computer.
    3. Check and repair the file system by running CHKDSK. To run CHKDSK, click Start, click Run, type CMD, and then click OK. At the command prompt, type CHKDSK /F, and then press ENTER.
    4. If the problem persists, restore the file from a backup copy.
    5. Determine whether other files on the same disk can be opened. If not, the disk might be damaged. If it is a hard disk, contact your administrator or computer hardware vendor for further assistance.

    Additional Data
    Error value: 00000000
    Disk type: 0

This has been going on for about 3 months. I have formatted my PC 3 times, installed a new graphics card, removed my RAID array, run memtest etc. Nothing seems to have worked. A colleague of mine got a new latop a couple of weeks a ago and had the same problem. I managed to grab the dump file (attached) and run the perfmon report (also attached). So the attached files are from a:

    Toshiba Tecra i5-2520M @ 2.5GHz
    Radeon HD 6460M
    8gb Ram

I have been pulling my hair out with this, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers.

Nothing attached, and have you run a malwarebytes scan?

Please download the free version of Malwarebytes.
    Update it immediately.
    Do a full system scan
Let us know the results at the end.

I've just finished a hard drive scan and that didn't pick any errors up. Check disk was ok as well. I don't know how to look at the dump file. Is there something that I should be looking for in there?

Are you just looking to stop the error? Or are the BSOD's causing problems.

I don't actually get the blue screen, I get the error message and windows closes the program which cause me to lose all of my work. I would like to know what causes the error and if there is fix. Thanks for your reply. Any ideas?
