BSOD on computer wake, Local ID 1033

    Hello everyone!

My computer crashed (BSOD) on my a couple of weeks ago. I have not been able to reproduce it. I believe it happened upon waking the computer. The system is less than a year old. Would like to know if its a software/driver issue or a hardware issue. Driving me nuts.
For information I switched my machine from an i3-2100 to an i5-2400 without a OS reinstall.

    Here are my specs:

Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium (OEM)
Intel Core i5-2400 Sandy Bridge 3.1GHz
ASUS P8H61-I (REV 3.0) LGA 1155 Intel H61 HDMI USB 3.0 Mini ITX Intel Motherboard
    Mushkin Enhanced Silverline 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666)
    HITACHI HDS721050CLA362 (0F10381) 500GB
    Powercolor Radeon HD 6850 775MHZ 1GB 4.0GHZ GDDR5

Attached is the .rar created after following the bsod submission guidelines Thanks in advance!

You think it may be a video card overheat issue?
