    I had a similar issue recently, and it turned out to be insufficient power configured via my BIOS. I had to change the voltage settings in my BIOS from "auto" to specific values.

    Hey my opinion is to please disable hardware acceleration in google chrome if you use it if does not go to

    Right key on desktop>screen resolution>advance setting>troubleshoot>Change setting Then disable it may be useful
