bump with the updated minidump file

Driver verified and related to your 2004 asacpi.sys
Okay then, I lied about installing the driver you linked above. I searched the model of my own mb (it was p7p55D and not LE) and dl-ed the same atk driver from there.

So should I download the atk driver/s from both the links you pasted or either should be fine?

    One is fine.

Hi zigzag, when I tried to install the driver by clicking AsAcpiIns.exe all that I saw was a cmd terminal quickly appearing and disappearing and nothing happens afterwards. Is this normal?

It is dated 2009, and I had another BSOD a few minutes after checking its date so I don't think it has fully remedied my situation.

Strange, I'm sure I saw that its dated 2009 in my windows\system32\drivers folder.

No matter how many times I update the ATK driver it seems that it doesn't update itself to 2009.

I would search for it and rename any that are dated before 2009 to asacpi.bak so they cant load.
