Not so lucky, got a BSOD last night with tcpip.sys listed as the trigger. Can't remember if this was before or after me replacing L1E62x64.sys with the later 2010 version but I'm pretty sure it was after. Tried running Drive Sweeper to clean out the Athros drivers with no success - only listed "Realtek LAN" as the option. Any suggestions on how to completely wipe the Athros drivers from my system?
If you havent run a system file check please do.
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
How to use the System File Checker tool to troubleshoot missing or corrupted system files on Windows Vista or on Windows 7
Doesn't look pretty. I started to download the .iso for SP1 (since I`m getting a 800736B3 error when I try to do it via Win Update) and after it finished it BSOD's at some point (I wasn`t home to witness it). In addition, got the message `Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.` when running SFC. Attached is the latest minidump and CBS file.
Seems like the systems crashing without a BSOD now. I left the house with the computer on and came back with it in sleep mode but started like it was a new boot up. Checked the event viewer and noticed some errors.
Doesn't seem like this is getting any better unfortunately.Code:Faulting application name: svchost.exe, version: 6.1.7600.16385, time stamp: 0x4a5bc3c1 Faulting module name: kernel32.dll, version: 6.1.7600.16850, time stamp: 0x4e211da0 Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x0000000000015ff7 Faulting process id: 0x3e8 Faulting application start time: 0x01cd2fe95aff1530 Faulting application path: C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe Faulting module path: C:\Windows\system32\kernel32.dll Report Id: b7ebbc94-9bf1-11e1-b040-0026188ab204 Faulting application name: services.exe, version: 6.1.7600.16385, time stamp: 0x4a5bc10e Faulting module name: kernel32.dll, version: 6.1.7600.16850, time stamp: 0x4e211da0 Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x0000000000015ff7 Faulting process id: 0x1f8 Faulting application start time: 0x01cd2fe9584f2781 Faulting application path: C:\Windows\system32\services.exe Faulting module path: C:\Windows\system32\kernel32.dll Report Id: b7eb9584-9bf1-11e1-b040-0026188ab204 Faulting application name: svchost.exe_iphlpsvc, version: 6.1.7600.16385, time stamp: 0x4a5bc3c1 Faulting module name: kernel32.dll, version: 6.1.7600.16850, time stamp: 0x4e211da0 Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x0000000000015ff7 Faulting process id: 0x80 Faulting application start time: 0x01cd2fe95b017690 Faulting application path: C:\Windows\system32\svchost.exe Faulting module path: C:\Windows\system32\kernel32.dll Report Id: b7eb6e74-9bf1-11e1-b040-0026188ab204
A few more minidumps attached along with a perfmon report. BSODs are still happening but seems to be more frequently during high load periods/multitasking. Strangely enough my last crash was just freeze. I rebooted and checked the events and nothing showed up.
Been trying to download windbg via the sdk but crashed 2 times + one additional crash just before I came home this afternoon. All are attached. *sigh*

Here's 3 more minidump files. I'm so frustrated removed the 6770 and reverted back to using the on-board video card til I can figure out the root of the problem. Thanks for your help thus far zigzag, much appreciated.
Driver verified X2 these were Related to atdcm64a.sys ATI DSM Dynamic Driver from Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. Yours from early 2009. Needs updating and re-installation.
Sorry it took so long.
