BSOD with general use error 0x01E and RAPPPOE.SYS

I've attached the output from the BSOD tool.

    Is Windows 7 . . . - x64 - Windows 7 Pro N - full retail version - What is the age of system (hardware)? = 1-2 years - What is the age of OS installation = 1-2 years

My computer is an OEM from Aleutia PC.
It is designed to run on 12VDC systems and I'm curious is maybe this is caused by a power issue. The PC lives on a boat. My batteries were FULLY charged at the time of this latest BSOD.

If anyone has any insight, that would be great!

    Thanks!

    Problem Devices:
    Code:
Bluetooth Device (Personal Area Network)	BTH\MS_BTHPAN\7&3972F433&0&2	This device is disabled.
    Unknown Device	USB\VID_0000&PID_0000\7&360A91C2&0&3	43

The latest .dmp file was from nearly a year ago. Make sure your system is configured for minidumps as in Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD OPTION ONE 6. or OPTION TWO 2. and avoid using any file cleaning software after crashes, i.e. CCleaner and/or Windows Disk Cleanup.

For the driver you mentioned, check your Windows installation for corruption.
    • Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker up to three times to fix all errors with a restart in between each. Post back if it continues to show errors after a fourth run or if the first run comes back with no integrity violations.
