BSOD after I start the computer even in Safe Mode

    - x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? x86 (32 bit)
    - the original installed OS on the system? - Original installed was Windows XP
    - an OEM or full retail version? - Full retail Version
    - OEM = came pre-installed on system - NO
    - Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer - Got it in College as a Student

    - What is the age of system (hardware)? - About 7 years or more
    - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) - Windows 7 has been installed since October of last year - Installing OS on two Internal Hard Drives

    I have never reinstalled it.

I will post the dump files in a few.

My problem in detail: Installing OS on two Internal Hard Drives

I cannot post the htnl file because the perfmon /report is giving me errors.

    Error:

An error occured while attempting to generate the report.

The system cannot find the path specified.

Is there another way that I can generate the report? I've tried doing the perfmon /report but to no avail.

Edit: I have attached or tried to attach the errors to the updated zip file. I don't know if they are the same thing but I got the instructions from another thread.

Received another BSOD but this time in regular mode. This time, the BSOD was still and it didnt go away so I was able to take a picture of it.

I wonder if your BIOS is an issue:
    Code:
    BIOS Version/Date	Dell Inc. A07, 1/8/2007
It appears this is the most up to date BIOS for your system. Not sure if it poses a problem, but it is a possibility since it is five years old. I have seen old BIOS versions work fine with Windows 7, though.

The crashes you are getting indicate a problem with your hard disk or hard disk controllers. Have you run hard disk diagnostics?

Your Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE) installation appears to be corrupted. I would recommend re-installing the software. See if uninstalling it in Safe Mode provides any more stability in normal mode. The corrupted MSE driver appears to be responsible for the controller crash, but it is difficult to say for sure.

I have tried the hard drive diagnostics from the boot menu and both my hard drives has passed. I cannot uninstall programs in safe mode. and I do not have enough time in regular mode to do it.

I was afraid that might be the case. I was just hoping MSE did not require the Windows Installer software. I have never tried to remove it in safe mode, so I wasn't sure. Your options are rather limited given the scenario you are facing. If you have a system image backup, you can try reverting to that after backing up any important data through the recovery options: Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console

Otherwise, you will need to backup your important data and re-install Windows 7 again with Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 (skipping steps 1-2, 4, & 6).

I do have a system image backup. But I am not able to do it from the system repair because its in my external drive. I dont have any option to load the image from my extnl HD. Can I do it from safe mode?

Use the booted Win7 DVD or Repair CD System Recovery Options which should detect the stored image as long as it is in the root of the external.

What do you mean by root of the external? I just saved the image in my external hard drive
