Random BSOD or hang during MW3

As far as I can tell, my new system is not overheating. Generally the BSOD comes during gaming, but since this new box is primarily for gaming, that does not indicate very much.
Please let me know if you can figure anything out from the dump files.

The error message given is "A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval".
    Code 0001A, i believe.

    Respectfully,
    Griff01

    Windows 7 Ultimate
    AMD 8150 eight Core
    16 GB Ram
    2 - AMD Radeon 6950 (2 GB)
    OEM software from CyberPowerPC
Installed less than a month ago (new system) had it for less than 2 weeks before doing a clean install.

I am hijacking my own old thread as:
    1) I am running the same system as before
    2) I never recieved any replies to the original post.
    3) I am still haveing BSOD issues
    4) There have been recent software changes that I thought would fix the issue.
    5) The system will now occasionally hang and not BSOD, it will simply become unresponsive until it is manually reset.

I have included the .dmp files and PERFMON, as well as included the log from running the system file checker. Last night I let memtest+86 run for 12 hours and it did not report any errors.

    My system information is:
System built by CyberPowerPC in November 2011 (5 months old)
Last clean reinstall was around December 15th 2011.

    OS: Windows 7 Ultimate-64bit OEM
    Motherboard: Giga-Byte GA-970A-D3
    CPU: AMD 8150 3.6 GHz(8-core)
    RAM: 16 GB DDR3 1600MHz (4 x 4GB)
    Video: AMD Radeon 6950 (2GB DDR5) x 2, crossfired
    Sound: Creative Labs Audigy SE
OS HD: 60 GB OCZ Agility 3 SATA III SSD
Data HD: 2 TB SATA III
    Power Supply: Azza Titan 1000W
    Antivirus: Symantec Endpoint Protection
    Malware: MalwareBytes

Please let me know if any additional information is needed:

*edit* Within the last week, I have updated the BIOS, updated the video drivers, updated the sound drivers, and updated the chipset drivers directly from the manufacturers websites.

No dmps included in upload please try this method.

We do need the DMP file as it contains the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

    If you are overclocking STOP

We could also use some system information, which you can get easily by running msinfo32.
To do that go to start>run>type msinfo32>enter

When it is finished running go to file>save>name it and upload to us here.

You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting into safe mode (F8) with networking.

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

    The procedure:
    * Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
    * Zip up the copy.
    * Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
*If the files are too large please upload them to a file sharing service like "Rapidshare" and put a link to them in your reply.

    To ensure minidumps are enabled:
    * Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
    * Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
    * Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
    * Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
    * Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
    * OK your way out.
    * Reboot if changes have been made.

Well, this is interesting. I know for a fact that my minidumps were enabled on this machine as I have looked in the folder previously. The dumps are gone, and I'm wondering if CCleaner or Uniblue PowerSuite cleaned the folder out. I have disabled PowerSuite for now to ensure that it does not empty the C:\Windows\Minidump folder. Unfortunately, this means that I will now need to attempt to get the system to crash 2 or 3 times so I can submit a few dump files with this thread. However, I will go ahead and attach my system specs to this reply, then spend the next 2 hours playing Call of Duty: MW3 to attempt a crash event. Additional post to follow.
Thank you again for looking into this.

Ascendents is correct. Ccleaner will delete the DMP files. We dont recommend Ccleaner for many reasons, that is one of them.

A few updates on my issue. *Note* let me know if you'd rather I hold on updates until I can generate a BSOD and .dmp file again.
I played the offending game for 4 hours last night and never had a BSOD. However, I did have a hang at 834pm my time. When looking at the logs, I noticed a few errors which I will paste below. I'll have to edit this thread in order to paste them as I am not on the offending computer right now.
Additionally, after running memtest a few times for 4 or 5 hours and having no issues, I decided to let it run for 13 hours. This time 2 errors came up.

Tst: Pass: Failing Address Good Bad Err-Bits Count
    5 1 002d94e1660 - 11668.8MB 00100000 04100000 04000000 1
    5 1 002dd4e1640 - 11732.8MB 00100000 04100000 04000000 2

Will edit post in the next 30 minutes to show the errors I found in the Windows logs and notate the changes I made to my system so I can glean advice on the situation.

I will take any info you have when you fell like uploading it. even something that doesnt seem relevant may be the key.

If you want you can also upload your event viewer logs.

Please provide us with your Event Viewer administrative logs by following these steps:

    Click Start Menu
Type eventvwr into Search programs and files (do not hit enter)
Right click eventvwr.exe and click Run as administrator
    Expand Custom Views
    Click Administrative Events
    Right click Administrative Events
Save all Events in Custom View As...
Save them in a folder where you will remember which folder and save as Errors.evtx
Go to where you saved Errors.evtx
Right click Errors.evtx -> send to -> compressed (zipped) folder
    Upload the .zip file here.
