    Laptop freezes often & randomly

As I posted in another thread (https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...y-freezes.html), my computer randomly freezes.
But today it froze 4 times already.

Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.
To resolve the above error: Event ID 10 is logged in the Application log after you install Service Pack 1 for Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2
Did this just now, I hope it helps, thanks

    Description:
The Computer Browser service depends on the Server service which failed to start because of the following error:
The dependency service or group failed to start.

For the services showing dependency errors in the above event, if you
    • open the Start Menu and type Services into the Search programs and files, you will get a few options.
    • Right click on the option with gears as the icon and Run as administrator.
    • Right click any services that are complaining that their dependencies are not running.
    • Click Properties.
    • Go to the Dependencies tab, and in the first box, a list of services that service depends on will be given.
    • Write down the services that need to start for dependencies to be resolved.
    • Make sure these services are all set to start automatically by
      • right clicking those services,
      • clicking properties,
      • going to the General tab,
      • and making the Startup type is Automatic.
I followed this as you posted it, but there are no services complaining that their dependencies are not running, or I can't find them / don't know what to look for.

As for the antivirus software; I use a free version of Avira Antivir

Computer Browser and Server are the two services that have dependency issues. Sorry I did not respond earlier. I did not see you had started a new thread...

    Thanks for helping.
I made the startup types of the services automatic.
The laptop still freezes though (and I find it happening often when I'm scrolling up and down or when I change programs, like going from Word to Internet Explorer or something.)

Please provide us with your latest error logs as before. The steps are provided again for convenience.
    1. Click Start Menu
    2. Type eventvwr into Search programs and files (do not hit enter)
    3. Right click eventvwr.exe and click Run as administrator
    4. Expand Custom Views
    5. Click Administrative Events
    6. Right click Administrative Events
    7. Save all Events in Custom View As...
    8. Save them in a folder where you will remember which folder and save as Errors.evtx
    9. When asked, save the display information in English.
    10. Go to where you saved Errors.evtx
    11. Create a new folder by right clicking in a blank area within the folder Errors.evtx is saved in. You could also click New Folder at the top of the directory under the directory path box.
    12. Name the new folder Errors.
    13. Place Errors.evtx and the LocaleMetaData folder into the new Errors folder.
    14. Right click the Errors folder -> send to -> compressed (zipped) folder
    15. Upload the .zip file here.

I would recommend that you remove and re-install all Apple Software using that link as a guide. Make sure to uninstall in the order given in the link or it will not uninstall properly and could leave more issues on the system.

Computer freezez randomly and suddenly for a few seconds

Nothing like this has ever happened to my laptop before. It just happened a week ago and I don't know why. It suddenly freezes randomly for a few seconds, even when I am not opening any programs besides my internet browser. So I tried to restore my laptop to a a point before last week and what I found out surprised me. There was no system restore point at all! My system restore usually worked automatically before and now it's gone. Could all this be because my disk space is running out?? By the way, I run an administrive event scan and here's the zip folder.
