Are you able to install the K-Lite codec pack again? It may need to be installed before it can be removed now. If that does not work, try Fix problems with programs that can't be installed or uninstalled
    Neither works for me :/.

Installing says you must uninstall, and takes me back to the error message.

And the Fix software cannot find it in the list, so it asks me for a 32 digit code?

Yeah, that code is difficult to obtain; it takes a bit of patience and hunting on the system and may require advanced system knowledge.

When you tried to install the pack again, did you install the exact same version that you had installed previously. Installing a newer version will require you to uninstall the old version.

A newer version, never would have thought of that :),

How can I find my current version? The program isn't listed anywhere maybe a readme file in program files?

Does the program show up within C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86)?

Does the uninstall through C:\Program Files (x86)\k-lite (or whatever the folder may be) result with the same problem when you try to uninstall that way? Or is that the way you tried to uninstall before?

The version should be available if you right click on a k-lite file, click Properties, and go to the Details tab. You may have to find the right file that reveals the information, so happy hunting.
