I gave you the link to the AVG Remover in post #44. Glad you found it on your own, though. Let us know after you have had more time to do your normal routine whether the problem is indeed resolved. :)
My bad i dont know how i missed that. That was stupid of me i wish i would have seen that in the first place :)
That's alright; what is important is that you were able to get it removed on your own. A good learning experience having to find things on one's own.
Good work!
Keep us updated on how the system responds now after you have monitored it a while.
well i thought i had this problem resolved but it looks like it is still happening. the computer has been stable for 10 days or so but i just turned on my screen an found a bsod. here is yet another dump file.
i ran scans with malwarebytes, and mse, i have wot running and etc. they all come back negative for any infections.
Crashes still indicate L1E60x64.sys. You have done everything recommended for that problem...
Time to start thinking about a Repair Install.
See steps 1-3 and 5-7 of Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 prior to doing the repair install. Those are good steps just in case the repair install does not finish as expected.
well after the reinstall of windows the computer has been on for about 2 weeks with no crashes so i am marking this as solved with hopeful optimism. thanks for all your help, and your time. it really made a big difference.
Excellent news!! Thanks for posting back and letting us know.
I am extremely happy to see it solved!!!
