Constant BSOD's just browsing or idling/Playing games. Local ID:1033

I have been having this problem of constant blue screening since before December. I bought a brand new processor, 8 gigs of ram, a new motherboard and a terabyte hard drive to try and find out what was causing this problem. Sadly replacing all of those did not fix my problem and i am now cursed with a blue screen at least every 5-10 minutes it is now unbearable.

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 1000007e
    BCP1: FFFFFFFFC0000005
    BCP2: FFFFF88004039549
    BCP3: FFFFF88008F82678
    BCP4: FFFFF88008F81EE0
    OS Version: 6_1_7600
    Service Pack: 0_0
    Product: 256_1

    C:\Windows\Minidump\050212-15288-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Landon\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-35131-0.sysdata.xml

Related to Rt64win7.sys 8101E/8168/8169 NDIS 6.20 64-bit Driver from Realtek Corporation. I would reinstall newest available

Avast can be a contributing cause of BSOD'S . Please remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST

The realtek driver should be (and is) free on the realtek site. The link was only for the description.

When you re-installed the driver, did you remove the previous versions first?

To fully re-install a driver, use the following steps.
    1. First, download the latest driver. Then do the next steps.
    2. Click Start Menu
    3. Right Click My Computer/Computer
    4. Click Manage
    5. Click Device Manager from the list on the left
    6. Find the device you are trying to uninstall by expanding the appropriate set of devices
    7. Right click the device
    8. Click Uninstall (do not click OK in the dialog box that pops up after hitting Uninstall)
    9. Put a tick in Delete driver software for this device (if this option is available, otherwise just hit OK) and hit OK
    10. Restart your computer only if Windows asks you to.
    11. Install the latest driver for the device.

    Alternatively:
    1. Login as an adminstrative user.
    2. First, download the latest driver. Then do the next steps.
    3. Click Start Menu
    4. Click Control Panel
    5. Click Hardware and Sound
    6. Click Device Manager (the last link under Devices and Printers)
    7. Find the device you are trying to uninstall by expanding the appropriate set of devices
    8. Right click the device
    9. Click Uninstall (do not click OK in the dialog box that pops up after hitting Uninstall)
    10. Put a tick in Delete driver software for this device (if this option is available, otherwise just hit OK) and hit OK
    11. Restart your computer only if Windows asks you to.
    12. Install the latest driver for the device.
