BSOD "Page fault in nonpaged area"

My computer has been recently (past 2 weeks) having BSODs. It will occur at some random point and I have not found anything specific that triggers it so it must be something I am not able to understand. I would appreciate some help in finding and fixing the problem. It's quite frustrating having my computer reboot randomly after a BSOD. The computer is:

x64 Win7 Ultimate
3 years old
Full retail version of OS
OS installation is as old as the computer

I have attached the Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 folder but I couldn't find the performance report as the forum sticky showed.

Hmm, I may be reading it wrong, but it looks like either bad RAM or CPU. I can't ascertain exactly which of the two.

We can start by doing a couple hardware tests, as followed:

RAM: Memtest86+ - 7+ passes
CPU: Prime95 - Torture Test; Large FFTs; overnight (9+ hours)

Also, please provide us temps/voltages using HWInfo with Sensors only option checked. Log two 30-minute instances: one for idle, and one for high load. If you can get the system to crash during high load while logging, that is preferable. Send the logs to us.

Ok thanks for the advice. I'll run those tests. It would suck if it is my processor.

After just one pass of the memtest there were 10's of thousands of errors. I am assuming this means my RAM has failed and I do not have to continue with the other tests but to make sure I have attached a picture I took of the results. Thanks Gnarus.

Also, just make sure that the RAM you get is compatible with your motherboard. Motherboard vendors often have charts with RAM models that will help you determine what to get.
