Now, I am familiar with some of your codes.
I don't know about the access you have in your BIOS, but are you overclocking? Are you using any kind of software to overclock in the OS?
I would like to see you follow this tutorial also.

Hi James, I have already ran Ramtest & got no errors, I used ramtestx64 let it run until over 100%.
I am not overclocking.

Real quick question while I'm looking this over, was this done with a load on the system? What are your cpu temps getting up to? This shows that at the time of the report that the temps were 62deg Celsius. Your tmax is 72deg Celsius. Also, any reason why you are running the ram @ 200mhz instead of 400mhz?

No load, I just started the system up again after being out for 45 mins & system was switched off.
I'm not sure what the temps get up to, but I get BSOD 1st thing in the morning as well as during the day.
I wasn't aware that RAM was running at lower mhz, its not something that I would change.

okay, thanks for that. You say you recently purchased this machine, has it had this problem since you purchased it? What changes have you made since you purchased it? Which driver version are you using for the GPU?

I did a fresh install of win7 ultimate x64 it was previously win vista x86

Okay, the driver date is from 2009, but I couldn't get a read on what the version is. Please go to Nvidia and download the current version driver for your GPU. After doing so, use Driver Sweeper to remove the old driver. Then, install the new driver and recheck for stability.
