I forgot: CPU Core Control is the only option with Manual to choose. Other Auto settings can be changed either to Disabled / Enabled or specified value (like x10 or something like that).
Check your motherboard manual. You may have a switch on your board that automatically overclocks the CPU. Most MSI boards do. Your manual will show the position for off / 10% /20%. Yours may be set for 20%.

For the BIOS options with only auto/enabled/disabled values available, does changing any of them from "auto" to "enable" allow you to change any additional options?
In the middle picture of your bios, try to scroll up to the very top where it says CPU frequency and dram frequency and see if you can change those values.
Thanks for all the help again. Unfortunately I can't try any of your tips, because my PC is currently at the shop so they can do something with it as it's their duty due to warranty.
It's hard to refer to all pieces of advice, but I will try:
1. I tried setting the frequency manually with those option previously set to AUTO, but it looked similar to the situation with fail-safe or optimized defaults - BIOS showed everything is OK, but when I save - something happens and it's back at overclocked settings.
2. I also tried changing options to DISABLE or ENABLE, although I probably haven't tried all the combinations. The only option that popped up was to disable selected cores.
3. Yes, I remember this switch. Too bad I can't remember how was it set. I think this might be the problem and now I feel I should have waited with taking it to the service. It's highly probable that I ****ed something up with this switch. 240 to 200 is clearly 20% more, so I think this may be the cause.

No problem at all. I hope they can fix it for you. Whatever the problem was, your 1333 MHz ram can't run at 1600 without a lot of timing and voltage tweeks. That may very well be much of your problem. And yes, I think it may be that switch on the motherboard. It automatically increases the bus frequency. Let us know how it comes out.
