Memory corruption possibly caused by old drivers or your Kaspersky.
I would update these

- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
Driver Reference Table
Kaspersky is a frequent cause of BSOD's. I would remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST.

i've removed kav2012 and updated acpi table from asus and attansicatl1 driver; 4965agn untouched because i try various version .
Now the same error come when updating this MOBILE INTEL RPM965 GM965 GL960 EXPRESS PROCESSOR TO DRAM CONTROLLER

It is the same DMP file as the first one so I cant tell what has changed. They both have the date April 10
