Event ID 10 (0x80041003) - Random and frequent BSOD
Hi forum
im getting frequent BSOD errors on my home computer while im at work, i notice these as i access my home machine from logmein quite frequently, but they also occur when my system is on stand by.
I havnt been able to figure out what sets it off, but i get the following in the event viewer every time..
Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.
When this happens, the computer does not simply reboot, it will either try to boot from an external drive -(despite it being removed from the boot device list in the BIOS)- or will sit on "please insert valid boot disk... yadda yadda..."
ive thrown memtext +86 at my system countless times without error, so im pretty sure its not my RAM
i also dont think that there is a problem with my primary (c:\) drives (2x250GB SSD, RAID0) so im pretty lost as to where to look next
this problem has stuck with me through multiple BIOS versions and even after several re-installations of windows, i still get it.
[system specs below]
all help is greatly appreciated!
thanks!
