Starting windows.
I just checked windows log and i noticed thats its filled with errors and what not. I tried to dl newest mobo drivers but cant even finish the download it says can not open blabla and closes the download.
List of logs are filled with critical errors etc
so can you try another hard drive entirely?
The only HD i got atm is my storage one, if i install windows there i'm gonna lose 1tb media.
After reading through the thread I'd be inclined to buy a new hard drive, install Windows on it, and then hook up your old hard drive to transfer any personal data you need.
It does sound as though the hard drive is the problem and as you said yourself, it is 5 years old.
