    Sorry it is taking so long.


    Almost every event crash points to the same file SHELL32.dll Part of the OS it needs to be repaired by running a repair install. It also seems that your Xbox is triggering it.


    This type of event is called a memory exception and is either caused by ram (did you change yours lately) or a driver.


    You also have an issue with the wifi driver as shown in the snip


    Finally Maplestory will continue to crash until the developer fixes it.

    Ok so a repair install is reinstalling windows from what i read?

    Says i have either connected a camera or portable device to my computer. Says if i keep getting message to contact admin.

    Yes it is acting as if something is preventing it from continuing. Is it in your personal opinion i should just backup the comp and redo windows?
