Alright, bit of news.
I tried the hardware reset you mentioned writhziden, along with the jumper reset and manually trying every combination of memory sticks in every slot. I came to the conclusion that it was either a. RAM b. cpu or c. mobo that was failing.
I've been meaning to upgrade my mobo for awhile now since the P67 chipset isn't even sold in stores now and its predecessor (Z68) is even being pushed out by the new Z77. So, I went ahead and purchased an ASUS P8Z77-V Pro mobo. Its still compatible with my 2600k sandybridge and G.skill RAM.
Ive got it all hooked up and running now, EXACT same setup as before, only now...EVERYTHING WORKS!
As of right now (about 12 hours system running), its had no problems whatsoever.
I'm going to run some more memtests tomorrow just to make sure the memory isnt faulty (Those 1000+ errors still haunt me). Maybe I'll just pick up some Corsair Vengeance instead.
Anyways, I will check back in tomorrow and If there arent any problems or errors I will mark this thread as solved. :)
Thanks for all your help Zigzag and Writhziden
